Sexual Discrimination

Sexual Discrimination

Sexual discrimination and harassment can happen to people of either gender. Discrimination in the workplace based on your gender, either male or female, is a violation of your civil rights. Our attorneys represent men and women who have been discriminated against based on their gender or stereotypes about their abilities and performance based on their gender in regard to hiring, termination, promotion, compensation, job training, or other general mistreatment in the workplace.

Additionally, New York State law prohibits discrimination in the workplace based on sexual orientation. Our attorneys represent the interests of workers who have suffered discriminatory or harassing actions in the workplace based on sexual orientation, gender identity, or gender expression.

We are also available for representing those subjected to sexual harassment – which is a form of sexual discrimination.

If you would like to consult with us or have questions concerning your particular situation, please contact us to find our more about your legal rights at 202-787-1900 or via email at info@fedattorney.com.
