- Our attorneys will help you make timely contact with an EEO counselor and assist in filing a formal EEO complaint. If you choose to mediate your claim, we will also represent you during the mediation procedures.
- EEOC Hearings, nationwide before Administrative Judges
If you do not prevail during a hearing, we can represent you in an appeal before the EEOC. Our firm’s goal is to seek full and effective relief for each and every victim of discrimination. The remedies may include:
- Compensatory damages
- Back pay, with interest if applicable, and lost benefits of employment such as leave lost, sick days used, lost TSP contributions
- Placement in the position the victim would have occupied if the discrimination had not occurred
- Posting a notice to all employees advising them of their rights under the laws EEOC enforces and their right to be free from retaliation
