Jeremy Noble
Chief Financial Officer
As the firm’s Chief Financial Officer, Jeremy is responsible for the daily management of all financial aspects of the firm, including financial reporting, cash management, internal audits, internal controls, tax compliance, and strategic financial planning.
Jeremy joined the firm in 2007 and plays a key role in managing the firm’s growth by providing critical analysis of various opportunities, implementing efficiency and cost-savings strategies, strengthening internal controls, and managing and forecasting cash flow.
Jeremy is a Certified Public Accountant in New York State. Prior to joining Tully Rinckey, he worked for the Capital Region accounting firm Pryba, Tobin & Company. Jeremy is a graduate of the State University of New York at Albany, where he received both his M.S. in Taxation and a B.S. in Accounting.
Jeremy extends his financial insight far beyond the walls of Tully Rinckey and strongly believes in community service. He is a member of the American Institute of Certified Public Accountants and the New York State Society of Certified Public Accountants (NYSSCPA). Jeremy currently serves as the President of the Northeast Chapter of NYSSCPAand previously held the positions of President-elect, Vice-President, Treasurer, and chair of the Young CPAs committee.
Additionally, Jeremy serves as Treasurer of the Board of Directors of Family & Child Service of Schenectady, Inc., a non-profit organization that provides support services to individuals and families with limited resources. He is also Treasurer of the Early Care and Learning Council, previously known as the New York State Child Care Coordinating Council, which is a statewide, non-profit membership organization that promotes excellence in early care and education with equal access for all families. Jeremy previously served as chair of the organization’s finance committee.
Jeremy is also very involved with the Schenectady County Society for the Prevention of Cruelty to Animals. Not only is he a Board member and Treasurer, he is also a New York State Peace Officer and Captain of the Humane Law Enforcement Division.
Jeremy is proud to serve as the Treasurer of the Not So Common Players, Inc., a recently incorporated non-profit community theater group sponsored by the Town of Clifton Park.
In his free time, Jeremy enjoys bowling, performing with local theater companies, and spending time with friends and family.
