Joseph Elgeiser
Senior Client Relations Associate
As senior client relations associate, Joe assists with the daily operations of the firm’s call center. He supports the client relations attorney by supplying daily production reports, conducting quality control screening and training new employees. Joe also works with potential new clients and attorneys in order to facilitate a positive professional relationship.
Prior to joining Tully Rinckey PLLC, Joe spent over 20 years in the law enforcement field, and he retired in 2009. He held numerous positions during his tenure, including a field training officer and police instructor. Joe also worked as an assessor for New York State, evaluating police departments in the process of becoming accredited. Professionally, Joe was involved in different law enforcement associations dealing with intelligence and crime analysis as well as narcotics and counter-terrorism issues.
Joe is a Capital Region native. He graduated from Hudson Valley Community College in Troy, N.Y. with an associate degree in criminal justice. He then continued on to the State University at Albany, where he received a bachelor’s degree in political science and a master’s degree in criminal justice.
In his spare time, Joe enjoys coaching and watching his son participate on numerous football and baseball teams. Joe has also travelled around the world to compete and coach in Tae Kwon Do competitions and has raised money for the Leukemia & Lymphoma Society by participating in the Team in Training Program.
