Mark Conroy

Client Relations Associate

In this role, Mark works in the firm's internal call center to connect potential and existing clients with the proper attorneys and to strengthen their relationships.

Mark is a U.S. Army Reserve veteran who was called to active duty and served honorably in support of Operation Enduring Freedom from September 2007 to September 2008. Mark is a graduate of the U.S. Army Practical Nurse Course and Primary Leadership Development Course. He is also a New York State licensed practical nurse. Prior to joining the firm, Mark worked in direct sales for a local home improvement company.

Mark lives in Albany, and he a lifelong resident of New York’s Capital Region. When not at work, Mark enjoys any competitive activity, with a preference for golfing.
